Nº 11 Global reach

RedotPay review

A global stablecoin spending tool with enormous limits, not a rewards card. Useful where other cards don't reach — but in Europe, better options exist on every axis.

At €1,500/month with 10% foreign-currency spending, RedotPay is worth −€211 a year after fees — Nº 11 of 11 in our calculator. Try your own numbers.

RedotPay is a Hong Kong–based custodial Visa card with millions of users across 100+ countries, built for spending stablecoins where normal dollar cards are hard to get. Its selling points are reach and limits — up to $1M a day — plus transfers, swaps and credit in one app.

The standard card earns no cashback since its flat 0.5% ended in February 2026. The optional Pro membership ($12.90/month or $129/year) adds 3% on Apple Pay and Google Pay spend, capped at $18 a month, paid as in-app reward credit that expires after 30 days.

What works

  • Very high spending and ATM limits
  • Wide global availability, fast virtual card
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, transfers and swaps in one app

What doesn't

  • No base cashback; Pro's 3% caps at $18/month
  • 2.2% combined cost on non-base-currency spend
  • Not MiCA-licensed; no published proof of reserves
  • $100 for a physical card
Watch outEvery foreign-currency purchase costs about 2.2% before any reward — the card has a net cost on each transaction. It isn't licensed under MiCA, so EU consumer protections don't apply, and country support changes often: check the current list before applying.

Who it's for: People outside the regions the other cards serve, or who need very high limits. EU residents chasing rewards should pick almost anything above it.
