Gnosis Pay is a Visa debit card wired directly to a Safe smart wallet on Gnosis Chain. You top up with EURe, GBPe or USDCe and spend at any Visa merchant; settlement happens on-chain. Cashback is tiered by how much GNO you simply hold — not stake, not lock — from 1% at 0.1 GNO to 4% at 100 GNO, with an extra 1% if you own an OG NFT.

The 0% FX fee is a quiet superpower for Europeans: cards charging 1–1.5% FX give back a big slice of their cashback the moment you cross a border or buy in USD.

Licensing: the card is issued by UAB Monavate, authorised by the Bank of Lithuania as an electronic money institution and a Visa principal member, with Gnosis Pay acting as its agent. The EUR-e you spend is e-money issued by Monerium EMI ehf, supervised by the Central Bank of Iceland. Your Safe is a self-custodial wallet that Monavate does not issue or control, which is why funds stay accessible after the card shuts down.
